Tadhg Flahive, the founder of TRALIS Human Resources Consultancy, is an accomplished Executive Leadership Development Advisor and Facilitator with over 30 years of international experience. His expertise spans the UAE, Saudi Arabia, USA, South Korea, Japan, Australia, UK, and Ireland.
Tadhg has previously worked for The Executive Council, Abu Dhabi Government, and ADNOC. Tadhg has delivered blended learning programmes and team building events to thousands of leaders and has led learning journeys for executive leaders on three different continents.
His impressive career features partnerships with top institutions such as Harvard and INSEAD. Tadhg is a Programme Director for London Business School, and a qualified facilitator for all FranklinCovey Programmes.

TRALIS leadership programmes are impact-oriented, innovative, and enriching. Delivery incorporates varied learning modalities. Post-programme ‘action plans’ are customised to ensure added business value, Return on Investment (ROI), and increased employee performance.
TRALIS uses a variety of activity-based, personality-based, skills-based, and problem based techniques to take participants through the storming, norming, forming, and performing stages of team development.
TRALIS can cater for between 30-500 participants in team-building sessions.
Clients can select activities from the TRALIS database which includes over 70 activities.
Groups are transformed into productive teams, and challenges are turned into learning curves.
